Background:

Hannah is an all-embracing sports therapist and has devoted herself to enhancing the lives of others through helping people reduce stress through a connective and integrative approach to physical therapy and injury prevention.

Over her career she has provided sports massage therapy for professional and amateur sports people. In particular, providing support for teams and individuals across a range of sporting environments. These include mountain biking, road biking, rugby, skiing, snowboarding, dance.

She also specialises in helping clients suffering from chronic pain, postural imbalances, dysfunctional movement patterns, stress and injury.

Training and Education:

Hannah trained professionally in the UK and is a BSc. registered sports therapist.

Types of Treatments:

Sports massage, deep tissue and remedial massage,  myofascial release and trigger point therapy.

Schedule at the clinic:

Monday: 2.30pm-10pm

Tuesday: 8am-2.15pm

Sunday: 9am-6.15pm
